Shipping Policies

All items are carefully packaged, and every precaution is taken to ensure your purchase arrives to you just as it left the facility. Carriers used are USPS, UPS and FedEx - dependent on the size of the order and lowest price.

Shipments are made within 2-3 days of receiving payment. Ship times on custom orders vary, depending on the quantity/size of the order.

Summer Shipping: (June - August) - Due to the nature of our products and occasional heat waves, certain items will show some signs of melting during shipment. Please note this as there are no refunds if this occurs. We will determine when to hold a shipment during a heatwave and communicate that to you.

Returns and Exchanges

If any container is damaged or broken, a refund will be issued for item/s not including shipping cost. You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving shipment. A photo of damaged item/s will be required before refund is issued. No returns for custom or personalized orders, unless container/s are broken or damaged.
